A real product with real players, and the place I keep my own delivery practice honest. Designed, built and shipped end to end, and still maintained.

It runs on the same disciplines I bring to client work, scaled down to one product: a written spec and recorded architecture decisions before any code, every change in version control and reviewed, work tracked as tickets rather than memory, AI used as a working collaborator on implementation and review, and a pipeline that tests and releases automatically on merge.

Advice about documentation, traceability and repeatable releases is easier to trust from someone who runs all three on their own build.
